Our usual practice is to deal directly with the pipe owner.
If you are more comfortable using a local dealer to discuss your repair and
handle the transaction, then please do so. If you do, please ask them to send
your pipe to us. Although we can't dictate policy to others, dealers working
with us we hope our pricing is agreeable to them.
These dealers have been sending pipes to us on behalf of their customers since Starfire opened.
